Huston Wins 28th Street League Title at SLS Paris

Inside a transformed Stade Roland-Garros that roared for nearly 10,000 spectators, Nyjah Huston delivered a performance of relentless consistency to win SLS Paris 2026. His victory on October 3 marked a 28th Street League title, earned across 16 years in the series he first won as a 15-year-old.

Three straight Nine Club scores

A nollie heelflip backside lipslide on the kink rail and a backside 180 nosegrind on the Euro Gap rail made his intentions plain.

In Best Trick, Huston stacked two more Nine Club scores. A switch frontside heelflip tailslide earned 9.1, then a frontside nollie heelflip noseblunt added 9.2. A switch frontside flip for 8.9 closed his account at 36.4 points, with no counting score below 8.9.

A late charge, contained

Japan's Toa Sasaki, 19, mounted the only real threat. He landed a nollie frontside heelflip noseblunt on his final attempt for a 9.2 that lifted him to 35.4 points and second place, but Huston's lead was already secure. Brazilian Giovanni Vianna took third.

The win, at the only European stop of the 2026 calendar, sent Huston to the top of the Super Crown season rankings with 47 points. "You really can't take anything for granted at this point," he told reporters afterwards. "We're out here. Still got it. Let's go!"

The 31-year-old is now two victories shy of his stated goal of 30 career SLS titles. With Tokyo and São Paulo still to come, the milestone is in sight.
